Our Denomination

Jubilee is a member of the Covenant Presbyterian Church.  At least three aspects of the Covenant Presbyterian Church drew us to affiliate with this denomination.

Accountability

Churches need accountability.  We are not islands.  The CPC is a Biblically based and Biblically driven denomination that holds to the same truths that we do.

Unity

A denomination can often and easily turn into a place of conflict.  The CPC is devoted to working towards unity, trust, and love.

Diversity

We agree that all individuals do not interpret every detail of Scripture in the same way.  Where such differences are Scripturally (rather than merely culturally) supported, differences should not break unity.  The CPC emphasizes principals rather than applications.
