OUR STAFF
Jubilee is led by elders and deacons. Elders oversee Spiritual aspects of the Church, and Deacons oversee Physical aspects of the Church. Jubilee holds to the two-office view.
Elders
Tom Penning
Tom has been ordained (previously in the PCA) since 1988. He has pastored in Mississippi, Australia (including Tasmania,) Kansas, and South Dakota. Tom and his wife, DeAnne, expect and hope that they are done moving.
Elder Candidates
Philip Elder
Philip has been ordained as an elder for over ten years. He is presently in the process of transferring eldership to the CPC. He was a Vice-President of Love Box company, and presently farms and trains horses. Philip and Becky have seven grown children.
Deacons
Paul Waalkes
Paul works as an engineer for Spirit. He and Rayna have six children.
